物語の意味と意図
DINOが「ワニ」なのは、身体が帆船なのは、少年が暑そうなのに赤いコートを着ているのは、この作品を作る最初のきっかけが「ピーターパンに登場するワニとフック船長が最初は親友だったとしたら、何がきっかけでその関係が破綻したのだろうか？」だったからです。ピーターパンのいない世界で、優しくて常に支えてくれるワニを少年時代のフック船長が無意識に消費しまった結果、どこかで2人の関係が壊れてフック船長の腕が失われたのだとしたら？その兆しを描くというのがテーマでした。
それを全く別のキャラクターのDINOと少年の物語に置き換えました。

しかし、特に説明のない作品なので、少年の成長物語としてみても構わないと思うし、もしかしたらこの後に彼らは旅を続けながら本当に良い関係になっていくかもしれません。

ただ願わくば、２人とも無事に助かったにもかかわらず、最後にDINOが少年に対して吠えることの意味を少し考えてもらえると嬉しい。

この作品は「子供向け」ですが、大人と見ることを考えて制作しています。

古代遺跡を巡る冒険物語は80年代に「インディ・ジョーンズ」を筆頭に流行ったものです。当時興奮しながら劇場で見ていた子供たちは大人になり、今はすっかり親になっている人も多いと思います。だから子供の頃に見た雰囲気を懐かしみながら、子供たちと感想を述べ合うような、そんな事が起きてくれたら非常に嬉しいので、懐古的とも言えるようなこの形を取りました。

I hope children will enjoy this animation as an old style adventure fantasy.

And I hope the family will think about why DINO is so angry at the end of the adventure.

Because I came up with the story is if the hook and the crocodile in Peter Pan were once friends, why did they break up?

The true theme of the story is codependency.

By using an adventure story with a selfish boy and a kind monster as a motif, I made it look like a story about a boy who grows up with the support of the monster.

This is because codependency is hard to be noticed.

This can happen at work, at school, or at home.

It is important for parents and children to think about this issue together.
